All our items are custom-made to order. Our average processing time, from order placement to shipment, is approximately two weeks. However, please note that this is an estimate, and we do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Rush Orders:

If you require a faster turnaround time than our average two-week processing period, we offer a rush order option for an additional fee.

Rush Fee:

A rush fee of $25 will be applied to orders requesting expedited processing, whether it's to meet a specific deadline or to be completed before our average two-week processing time.

How to Request a Rush Order:

  • Before completing your purchase, contact us at jandco.information@gmail.com to confirm if a rush order is possible.
  • If a rush order is feasible, our team will provide instructions on how to proceed, including adding the $25 rush fee to your order.

Important Considerations:

  • The rush fee is non-refundable.
  • The rush fee does not expedite shipping; it only accelerates the processing time.
  • Rush orders are subject to product availability and our production capacity.

Order Confirmation:

Once your rush order is confirmed and the rush fee is applied, we will make every effort to prioritize and expedite the production process to meet your specified timeframe.
