• Company Name
• Product type (Example: Short Sleeve T-Shirt, Drawstring Bag, etc.)
• Quantity
• Size
• Color
  
• Design (Accepted design file formats: .png or vector (.ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf)
• Location of Design (Example: Left Chest, Front, Back, etc.)
